All products at The Funkydelic Store are sustainably made-to-order, therefore refunds/returns are not applicable.
Exchange:We accept ONLY SIZE exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, subject to:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and labels must be intact
- Requests after 3 days will not be accepted
- If the requested size differs by more than 2 sizes, it will be treated as a new order.
- Refunds are not issued for sizing issues.
- Measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inch (industry standard) is not eligible for exchange.
- Size exchange is not applicable for Bags, Caps, Stole & Bottles.
Submit your size exchange request on the Exchange Request Portal or to our Customer Support Team.
Damaged / Wrong / Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect item:
- Report within 3 days of delivery
- Provide unboxing video, product photos, and packaging images
- Requests made after 3 days may incur reprinting charges.
If an unboxing video is not available and the issue cannot be verified, TFS will not be liable for replacement.
